But you can rent out the investment property. Your residence permit will be available within 60–90 days and has an unlimited expiry date. The residence is applicable to the whole family (married spouse, children under 21 years old, and parents of the main applicant and spouse) and you are eligible to apply for citizenship after seven years of residence.
