To rely on your goods being safely delivered also involves reliable packing methods that Kae International Movers have been accredited for. As movers, our professional packers need to “think inside the box” so that all items are carefully packed and placed in such a way that we would cover every aspect of safety for the items being moved. Packing is not only a skill, it also involves the vision of how goods must be packed while taking into account all procedures involved so that your goods will remain in tact up until final delivery. It is the responsibility of a well trained packer to help the destination crew unpack your goods safely, and this is only achieved by adopting skilled techniques that all our packers acquire from their training and years of experience.

Each item is assessed by the packer, who quickly knows the type and the quantity of material required. A broad range of materials are used, such as your standard removal boxes (5 ply – which are stronger and durable), corrugated cardboard wrap, reinforced bubble wrap (not your standard bubble wrap), PVC tapes (that do not mark furniture and also hold above average weight than a normal tape), foam wrap, corner supports and specially made crates for fragile items.

Labeling is also just as important as packing. This involves labeling the items and identifying which room they were packed in, OR which room they will be delivered to at destination. The description of each packed item is also written on the packaging and a number is given for each individual item packed. This helps co-ordinate the destination crew who appreciate this organized method as it helps create momentum in placing items where they need to be unpacked.

Lastly, while the origin crew have finished the packing and labeling, all goods are then documented on a “Packing List” which you will get copies to have for your own records.
